In 2026, the MoE is introducing an Operating Standards & Procedure for the RTLB service. This is part of the MoE’s ongoing work programme to place procedures on all parts of education. The RTLB Executive (Team of several Employing Principals and 2 Cluster Managers) have been working with the MoE for quite a while to develop this OS&P.
